Why does He constantly invite? Why is His arm always outstretched? Why does He even care?
Because He is the One who truly KNOWS you. He knows all the cracks you need filled, all the good you choose to do, and the pain you have chosen time and time again to endure.
He knows every inch of your soul. With that complete knowledge, He has deemed it right to love you. To invite you to come to Him, then heal and be made anew through His Atonement.
You have been chosen for such a time as this. “He inviteth them all to come unto Him and partake of his goodness; and he denieth none that come unto him” 2 Nephi 26:33
